We are proud to offer fixed price packages for certain construction works. Over the years we’ve created numerous similar projects for clients such as Victorian side return extensions, Victorian wrap around extensions and loft conversions so we’ve decided to standardise these commonly requested works into fixed price and off the shelf packages.
Our fixed price packages give clients an idea of the budget cost of popular building works and offer them the flexibility and confidence to undertake development works on a fixed price package basis.
These packages can be used as an off-the-shelf solution or as a jumping off point for clients who aren’t sure where to start or what their dream refurbishment will cost.

Our design and survey packages are ideal for clients who are looking to undertake an extension or refurbishment works but don’t know where to start. We’re able to offer structural surveys, architectural and interior design packages and project consultancy packages which are a perfect starting point. These packages give clients a thoughtfully planned and visualised bespoke concept design for your new home, tailored specifically to how you want to live. A concept design package considering budget, site, and planning opportunities.
