Eleventh Element were contracted to refurbish this stylish loft apartment back in 2018.

Extensive works included new floors, new Crittal windows and a full interior decoration and refurbishment. The brief was to strictly remain in-keeping with the industrial heritage of the building and the style and ethos of the surrounding areas.

As part of the works we also undertook a full home technology package.
