Eleventh Element were contracted to undertake extensive refurbishment and development of this tired end of terraced house in the lower Blackheath area. The aim was to create a contemporary and stylish functional home for a rapidly growing family.

We created a large wrap around full width extension with wall-to-wall bifolding doors to create a space that truly bought the home into the modest garden. The extension was flooded by light using extensive roofline glazing.

We also completed a unique basement excavation to create a cinema room come den and extensive laundry room. The jewel in the crown of this project was the large dormer loft conversion to create a luxurious master suite.

Technology is a fundamental element of this project and this home has an extensive home automation system to control every facet of the property including automated lighting, shading, climate control, audio-visual systems and access control.

We provided the full turn-key interior design, construction and renovation works on this project giving the client a rewarding experience throughout the duration of the project.

Highlights of this project include two-storey floor to ceiling glass balustrade, the luxurious cinema conversion and plush master suite with custom joinery throughout.
