We were commissioned to undertake extensive works on this enormous family home in Blackheath. The aim was to create a heritage conscious, mid-century styled, contemporary two-storey extension across the rear elevation of the property which created a huge open plan kitchen dining and relaxing space. The rest of the main house underwent a total refurbishment from top to bottom and the garden had a full landscape including a large, beautiful sunken swimming pool and pool house.

Technology is a fundamental element of this project and this home has an extensive home automation system to control every facet of the property including automated lighting, shading, climate control, audio-visual systems and access control.

Highlights include the jaw-dropping Bulthaup kitchen, wall to wall and floor to ceiling two-story sliding glass doors, cedar panelled home gym, home cinema room, luxury bathrooms and an incredible sunken swimming pool.

We provided a fully turn-key architectural, lighting and interior design package as well as extensive construction and landscaping works for this client.
