Eleventh Element were engaged to provide a turnkey design and build solution for this property in 2023. We underwent extensive architectural design detailing, working hand in hand with the clients to achieve their needs and requirements for this total refurbishment of a property which had been untouched for decades.

This cluster of houses, which fall under the Page Heath Estates in Blackheath, are architecturally quite iconic with asymmetric vaulted rooflines and are filled with architectural design details typical of the Span era.

We completed gutted the property and totally renewed the house from the inside, including new bathrooms, new finishes, total redecoration, new mechanical and electrical as well as totally opening up the inside of the house to create enviable open-plan living.

The highlight of this project was to work on the scheme from initial conception all the way through to completion.
