Design Process
Eleventh Element are an architecture-led design and build practice. We approach every project with a unique standpoint; both the importance of the design and the practicality of that design during the build process. We offer standalone design packages as well as full-design and build packages and our in-house design team will come up with a scheme to perfectly suit your needs. We follow the RIBA 5 stages of architectural design from idea conception all the way through to completion on site.
Build & Refurbishment Process
The build is arguably the most important part of the journey, when the designs are brought to life. We pride ourselves on our approach to customer services, offering an end-of-the-phone service to all our clients. Our aim is to create a smooth, cohesive and collaborative project for both client and contractor alike.
We’ve forged relationships with our tried and tested subcontractor network, and have developed our own highly skilled workforce of tradesmen with whom together we deliver the highest quality of work paired with the highest level of service. Our project and site managers are there to hold your hand day to day, and our team of management staff are there to provide professionalism seldom seen in residential construction. Building projects can be long and stressful for the client and our ultimate aim is to leave you unequivocally satisfied with the process and the end product.
Aftercare
Our client relationships don’t end on the last day of the project, we aim to forge longstanding relationships with our clients and often return to undertake additional work years later. We’re also on hand to offer ongoing maintenance with your house as we aim to be your go-to call for the months and years after we’ve finished on site as you continue to live and love your home.
